About Us

Passers Hub engages directly with individual franchised driving instructors, who are freelancing and act in their capacity as franchisees of Passers Hub under the terms of a franchise agreement between Passers Hub and the instructor.  The agreement for driving tuition is solely between you and your instructor.

T & C’s for (Learner Driver)

To be able to have driving lessons two requirements are essential:

1. Hold a driving licence that is valid for the UK (provisional, full or an appropriate foreign licence)
2. Be aged 17 or older (16 or over if disabled)

It is your responsibility to provide your trainer with proof that you have a valid licence to drive before the beginning of your first driving lesson.  If you fail to provide this proof, your instructor is entitled to refuse to conduct the driving lesson but may still charge you for such driving lesson.

T & C’s for (Preliminary Offers)

In all our introductory offers, the lessons will be structured to meet your needs relevant to your experience. Passers Hub reserves the right to remove or amend any introductory offers at any time. Introductory offers are only available to new customers with Passers Hub and only one introductory offer is allowable per customer and details of our current offers can be found on our website.

T & C’s for (General, Gift & Cash Vouchers)

1. All vouchers are non-refundable.
2. Try to retain the voucher as it cannot be re-issued if lost or damaged.
3. Your instructor reserves the right to refuse to provide you with driving lessons or to cancel any driving lessons you have booked, if you fail to provide proof of an appropriate licence prior to your first driving lesson.
4. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed online at www.Passershub.com
5. Passers Hub does not guarantee that a specific instructor, vehicle, or driving lesson time will be available.
6. The driving lesson price is at the standard rate for driving lessons.
7. All vouchers have no cash value and the voucher is valid until for 12 months from the date of purchase and needs to be redeemed within that period.
8. Gift vouchers can only be purchased online at www.go-Passers Hub.co.uk.
9. Gift vouchers are for the individual named on the voucher and are not transferable.
10. This offer cannot be taken in conjunction with any other offer.
11. With gift voucher purchases the number of driving lessons stated on the voucher are guaranteed only in the area’s we cover, this can be checked on the postcode finder on the website.
12. Gift vouchers are subject to availability and instructor coverage in your area.

T & C’s for (Booking fees)

We charge this fee to manage the booking process on your behalf between you and your instructor and to contribute to the cost of administering your funds. A booking fee of 2% (inc VAT) is payable for any lesson package including blocks bookings or gift vouchers purchased though Passers Hub.

T & C’s for (Payment of Lessons – Pre-paying with Passers Hub)

Passers Hub operates its website and its contact centre to allow you, the client, to purchase driving lessons and packages with a Passers Hub driving instructor. You can pay for driving lessons in advance by:

1. Paying cash to the instructor directly without involving Passers Hub. Your instructor will confirm which payment methods they can accept. If you pay your instructor directly. Passers Hub does not accept any responsibility for any payments you make directly to your instructor.
2. Payment by Passers Hub or debit card online at www.go-Passers Hub.co.uk
3. Payment by Passers Hub or debit card by in the vehicle.

T & C’s for (Redeeming Pre-paid lessons with Passers Hub)

1. The client must inform your instructor of any matters existing that may affect your capability or entitlement to have driving lessons, for example, but not limited to, any lack, or loss, of a valid driving licence.
2. Throughout the UK driving lesson prices vary and therefore the driving lesson prices quoted to you when you pay are only valid in the postcode area that the driving lesson was purchased for. If the customer chooses an alternative location, the prevailing driving lesson price in the new area could be different from the original driving lesson price quoted or paid. In such an event, the number of hours of driving lessons purchased will be adjusted up or down to reflect the change in driving lesson price.
3. Passers Hub instructors cannot guarantee that they will be available each time you choose to request a driving lesson. It is your duty to agree and confirm the timing of lessons with your instructor.
4. The price per hour for driving lessons may change from time to time but other than in the circumstances noted immediately above in respect of a change of area for driving lesson delivery, driving lessons purchased prior to such a change will be delivered at the price originally paid.
5. The customer and Passers Hub driving instructors are responsible for agreeing matters of the timing, location and length of individual driving sessions.
6. The customer cannot sell or transfer driving lessons which have been purchased in his/her name to any other person.

T & C’s for (Cancellation)

The customer must give at least 48 hours’ notice to Passers Hub or its instructors if you wish to cancel or re-arrange a booked driving lesson. Failure to do so may result in your instructor charging you the full amount for that driving lesson.

T & C’s for (Test Booking at Short Notice)

If the customer has informed Passers Hub of a test date which is three weeks or less from the date of the first planned driving lesson this is classed as short notice. Before making a booking or payment for a short notice test, please be aware of the following terms:

1. Booking of a Short Notice Test package involves ‘five hours’ worth of instructor and tuition vehicle time and the first two hours you will be assessed by your instructor.
2. The customer will need to pay for five hours of driving lessons prior to the first driving lesson commencing and this is not refundable irrespective of the instructor’s assessment, if you are not ready for the test. Passers Hub’s instructors reserve the right to refuse to take you for your test if they feel that you are not ready to take you’re test or that that you could be a danger to other road users and or the examiner. The balance of your funds or hours can however be used for further driving lessons.
3. If the customer alters the short notice test booking and wish to cancel your booking prior to the first lesson, our standard cancellation and refund terms and conditions apply, and a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required prior to the first driving lesson.
4. The DVSA specify that you need to give three clear working days to cancel your driving test. You may / will lose your DVSA test fee if the instructor says you are not ready for your test dependent on the gap between your first driving lesson and the driving test.

T & C’s for (Refund)

Your satisfaction is important to us and any refund will be made back to the card from which the original payment was taken. If for any reason those card details have become invalid before any refund can be made, Passers Hub reserves the right to verify the identity of the person requesting the refund and seek verification of the validity of any alternative card or bank account details provided by you.

Passers Hub operates a “No Quibble Refund Promise”. If you no longer request to have driving lessons through Passers Hub, we will refund any funds within the refund terms below, without charge however any Moines paid directly to your instructor are not protected by this guarantee.

Monies paid to Passers Hub for prepaid driving sessions to be provided by your instructor must be applied to driving lessons by the customer within six months of the date of your original payment to Passers Hub. The customer must recognise that after the expiry of this six month period, he/she will not be entitled to a refund of any funds not applied to utilise these funds for booking further driving lessons. If, at any point during this six-months period you determine that you do not wish to take any more of your prepaid driving lessons, you are entitled to a refund of the balance of your funds. We do not organise driving lessons via social media channels or any other website and you cannot pay for driving lessons via any other method and neither Passers Hub nor your instructor accept any liability for monies for lessons paid other than by the ways stipulated above. All Personal data and information about the customer that is provided to Passers Hub and/or your instructor may be used to:

1. Monitor and record communications with you (including phone conversations and emails) for quality assurance, legal, compliance and training purposes.
2. Identify you;
3. We may check your details with fraud prevention agencies. If you provide false or inaccurate personal data and/or information and we suspect fraud, we will record this and may provide this information to fraud prevention agencies and other relevant authorities including the police.
4. Help administer, and contact you about improved administration of, services provided to you;
5. Contact you in any way (including mail, email, phone, visit, text or multimedia messages) about products and services offered by us.
6. Provide personal data and/or information that has been legitimately asked for by legal or regulatory bodies or where we are required to provide it as part of legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings.
7. Carry out marketing analysis and customer profiling (including with transactional information) and create statistical and testing information;
8. Help identify accounts, services and/or products which we feel may be of interest to you. We may do this by automatic means using a scoring system, which uses the personal data and/or information you have provided, any information we hold about you, and information from third party agencies (including credit agent reference agencies);

T & C’s for (Passers Hub Alterations to terms & records of agreements)

It is the customers responsibility to review the website terms and conditions regularly to ensure that you are aware of the latest terms and conditions. Passers Hub reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by placing changes on the website. Your use of this website after a change has been posted will be deemed to signify your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions. We endorse that you print off and retain for your records a copy of these terms and conditions from time to time and a copy of any terms and conditions relating to any product or service which you apply for on-line, together with any related application form completed and submitted.

Passers Hub and/ Your instructor shall not, in any case be liable for losses relating to any business interests you may have including, without limitation, lost profits, loss of opportunity or business. However, nothing in these Terms and Conditions will affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer. Passers Hub however is liable for any loss or damage you may incur which is caused directly because of any breach (including negligence) by Passers Hub of any legal duty owed by Passers Hub to you.  In addition, your instructor and Passers Hub are not liable to the customer for any loss or damage as follows:

1. Loss or damage resulting from circumstances or matters outside of the reasonable control of the relevant person or body.
2. Loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of such a breach of a legal duty or increase in the same, results from any breach or omission by you.
3. There is no breach of a legal duty owed to you by the relevant person or body;

T & C’s for (Jurisdiction and law)

Passers Hub makes no representation that any product or service refer Passers Hub to on the website are appropriate for use, or available in other locations. Unless otherwise specified, the products and services described in this website are available only to UK residents (excluding the Channel Islands and Isle of Man). The information on this website is not directed at anyone other than UK residents and applications from others will, unless otherwise stated, not be accepted.

These Terms and Conditions and any terms and conditions relating to products or services described in this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising in relation to the same shall, unless otherwise expressly agreed, be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. The information and other materials contained in this website may not satisfy the laws of any other country and those who choose to access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
